Guarantees:
Once visitors confirm with us, your departures are guaranteed and no supplementary charges will be levied on your booking incase of price increases due to inflation.
Terms & Conditions:
- Entry to a Tour or Safari will not be permitted without prior payment of the full registration fee.
- Discount offers for groups can be negotiated.
- If for any reason beyond its control - including but not limited to force majeur - the tour has to be cancelled or postponed, the client will receive a refund of their tour fees.
- Clients are responsible for the security of their cameras & other equipment & Mariquele-events will not be held liable for loss or theft.
- Mariquele-events reserves the right to change the dates of departure if required as may be necessitated by any unforeseen circumstances.
- Taxes as applicable will be charged in addition to the event fee.
- All payments should be exclusive of bank charges.
- Credit Card payments will be charged a flat processing fee of US$ per client.

Payment Options and Instructions
Payments can be made by Bank Draft, Bank Transfer, Credit Card Payment in favour of "Mariquele-events".

Payment Policy
A confirmation email or fax and e-invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your payment details. 50% of payment will be applicable at
the time of the booking and the remaining 50% on the date of departure.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
This is subject to discussion with our offices. However in the case of emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent
a client from participating in a tour or safari, Mariquele-events would be happy to substitute the client with another nominated person, provided
Mariquele-events is informed of this substitution at least 1 week before the event takes place.
